Job summary

Hakko Products Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

The role requires detail-orientated, well-organised professionals with at least 4 years of experience, familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC) and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with full-set accounting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in line with policies and standards.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing including journal entries.
• Issue Statements of Account to customers monthly.
• Assist with audits, tax, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
