Job summary

HOMIEST LIVING SDN BHD seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts independently and ensure accurate financial records. The role requires handling day-to-day accounting tasks with precision and integrity.

You will manage AP/AR, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations and monthly reports, while liaising with auditors and tax agents. Chinese language proficiency is required, and you must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Able to speak and communicate in Chinese.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must have experience handling full set accounts independently.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Manage daily accounting matters including AP, AR, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports.
• Check and reconcile stock/inventory records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties when required.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Work closely with other departments on accounting and stock-related matters.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by Management.
