Job summary

Quantum Universal Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and daily financial operations in a dynamic SME/construction environment. The role requires handling AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, as well as preparing monthly reports and coordinating with auditors and tax agents.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least five years of relevant experience and a good grasp of Malaysian

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong full-set accounting experience is essential.
• Experience dealing directly with external auditors and tax agents.
• Able to independently manage accounting functions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in SME and/or construction industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting and statutory requirements.
• Experience with accounting software such as UBS and SQL.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle basic HR documentation and staff administration.
