Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited seeks an experienced accounting professional to own the accounting operations and monthly reporting for the parent and its subsidiaries. The role entails managing daily accounting, monthly close, and consolidations, including US GAAP financial statements and related analyses.

You will coordinate with CFO, oversee intercompany eliminations, and support external audits and regulatory reporting. Strong Excel, Dynamics 365, and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/ACA or equivalent).
• At least five years of accounting and financial-services experience, with consolidation experience.
• US GAAP knowledge with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and close processes.
• Excellent Excel skills (lookup, pivot) and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work overtime when reporting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily accounting for cash, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations across the parent and subsidiaries.
• Own monthly close and group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and working papers.
• Prepare consolidated US GAAP financial statements and related disclosures.
• Coordinate external and statutory audits and support governance and controls.
• Maintain policy, matrix of approvals, and confidentiality in reporting.
