OCK Group is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will manage daily accounting operations, monthly closings, financial reporting, tax matters, and inter-company reconciliations while coordinating with internal teams.

Proficiency in Sage and SQL Accounting, along with MS Excel, is preferred. Role requires 3–4 years of experience, a degree in Accounting, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/diploma/certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Sage accounting system and SQL accounting.
• Able to work independently, with initiative, multi-tasking and responsibility.
• Knowledge of MS Excel (pivot table, basic formula) and accounting basics.
• Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily accounting operations and ensure records are updated accurately and timely.
• Maintain and reconcile cash book; ensure bank statements align with records.
• Handle AR/AP and inter-company reconciliations; support credit control.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statement analysis by the 7th of each month.
• Assist with tax matters, SST transactions, audits, and year-end preparations.
