Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across a growing group with multiple subsidiaries/entities. You will lead a finance team, ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and smooth month-end processes across the group.

Responsibilities include consolidations, intercompany transactions, GST/tax filings and ongoing improvement of internal controls and SOPs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in finance/accounting, with multi-entity/group experience.
• 3+ years in an accounting firm or multi-client/multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and month-end closing.
• GST, corporate tax and IRAS compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing subsidiaries and large portfolios.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team across subsidiaries.
• Oversee accounting portfolios and reporting across entities.
• Review month-end closings and management reports.
• Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements.
• Manage group consolidation and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure GST compliance and tax filings.
• Improve finance SOPs and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary and stakeholders.
• Onboard new subsidiaries from a financial perspective.
• Explain financial matters to management and stakeholders.
