Job summary

Reap is seeking a senior finance leader to own group reporting and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead a finance team responsible for IFRS-compliant reporting, intercompany eliminations, and top-level consolidation of the Reap Group.

You will drive the month-end and quarter-end close, streamline processes, and partner with auditors and leadership to deliver accurate financials. Prior fintech or multi-entity experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• CPA (or equivalent) with 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to set policy for the group.
• Proven experience mentoring finance team members.
• Hands-on consolidation experience including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation (IAS 21).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data across multiple platforms; SQL proficiency or willingness to develop it.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reporting and consolidation across entities and business lines, ensuring timely and accurate closes.
• Manage and develop the group reporting team, providing guidance and ensuring consistency in methodology.
• Own the group consolidation workpapers, intercompany eliminations, and top-level consolidation for the Reap Group.
• Drive month-end and quarter-end close calendars, improve close timelines, and reduce days to close.
• Ensure consistency of reporting, establish group accounting policies, and harmonise complex items across jurisdictions.
• Design reporting process improvements and automate consolidation steps using data infrastructure.
• Prepare and review consolidated management reporting packages with variance analysis and insights.
• Support statutory reporting and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions and ERP systems.
• Contribute to special projects such as investor reporting and ERP system enhancements.
