Job summary

ONKA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is recruiting for a capable accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, implement financial controls and support budgeting in Kota Kinabalu. You will handle AR/AP/GL, prepare monthly reports, ensure SST and tax compliance, and contribute to ad-hoc analyses while meeting deadlines.

The role requires experience with accounting software and MS Office, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Well versed in full set of accounts.
• Proficient in account software and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, financial reporting).
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial matters.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. SST, tax, audit).
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management and ad-hoc analysis.
• Any other duties as assigned.
