Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in Real Estate/Property Development.
• Proficient with accounting software and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements following accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist external audits and tax agents.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital for projects.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and financial systems.
