Job summary

Revalue Hardware & Equipment Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable accounts professional to manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations). The role includes preparing monthly and annual financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, in addition to ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

The candidate will handle SST, e-Invoicing, corporate tax matters, and work closely with the company secretary.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate is required.
• Experience in construction and/or F&B industries is advantageous.
• Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, bank officers, and LHDN officials.
• Willing to work in Pulau Indah.

Responsibilities

Job description

Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Handle taxation matters including corporate tax, SST, LHDN and statutory submissions.

Handle e-invoice implementation and submission.

Work closely with the company secretary on statutory filings and corporate governance.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and other external parties.

Lead or support year-end closing and annual audit processes.

Manage issuance and records of purchase orders and monitor timely payments and receivables.

Implement and improve internal processes, SOPs, and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

At least a Professional Certificate qualification.

Experience in the construction and/or F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Experience in liaising with auditors, tax agents, bank officers, company secretary and LHDN officers.

Experience in handling SST, e-Invoicing, and corporate tax matters.

Able and willing to work in Pulau Indah.
