Job summary

Region System Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage full-set accounting, tax computations and budgeting. The role requires 5–8 years of related experience and proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin, with SQL accounting software as a plus.

You will be based in Meru, Klang, and join a team that emphasizes accuracy, internal controls and timely reporting. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate ledgers and trail balances, and

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 to 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in SQL accounting software will be added advantage.
• Well written and oral communication in English, Malay and Mandarin language would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work 5 1/2 days per week with Saturday alternate off.
• Willing to be based at Meru, Klang

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts, tax computation and costing.
• Timely preparation and maintenance of management accounts, financial reports, annual budget, monthly cash flow forecast, and statutory accounts.
• Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger; maintain fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory and bank accounts.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts department; monitor internal controls and reporting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts, tax computation and costing.
• Timely manner on preparation and maintenance of management account, financial report, annual budget, monthly cash flow forecast, including account, finance for statutory bodies in accordance with statutory.
• Ensure the accuracy of the trail balance and general ledger, inclusive of keeping accurate record of fixed assets, account payable, inventory and bank account.
• Manage day to day operations of Account department, monitoring internal control and developing effective and timely reporting process.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• Able to work independently with the minimum supervision.
