MED RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is a growing healthcare and wellness group based in Kuala Lumpur, offering cosmetic, aesthetic, and general health solutions.

We are seeking a capable professional to handle daily accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and HR processes within a collaborative team. You will manage stock records, coordinate with operations and clinics, verify commissions, and liaise with banks, suppliers and auditors.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts, HR or an Account cum HR role.
• Experience in stock management, commission calculation and payroll coordination is required.
• Familiar with statutory contributions and Malaysian employment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting, including AP/AR, payments, reimbursements, invoices, bank reconciliation, monthly closing and basic financial reporting.
• Oversee stock movement, balances, discrepancies and documentation; coordinate with clinic and operations teams to ensure accurate stock records.
• Calculate and verify monthly commissions, claims and adjustments before payroll and management approval.
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, auditors and internal departments.
• Manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll support, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, internal memos, disciplinary documents and support HR policies and performance processes.
