Dyna Source Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior to join our expanding finance team. You will oversee full-set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 2-5+ years of experience, proficiency in SAP/Oracle or advanced Excel, and professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance field.
• 2 to 5+ years of relevant full-set accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or MIA) preferred for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: oversee general ledgers, balance sheet reconciliations, and full sets of accounts.
• Operations: handle month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable/receivable oversight, and cash flow tracking.
• Compliance & Audits: coordinate tax submissions (SST and corporate tax) and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Leadership: supervise, mentor, and review work by junior accountants and accounts executives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Generally 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or advanced Excel functions.

Certifications: Professional qualifications (such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA) are often preferred for senior or regional positions.
