Job summary

UST in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle for semiconductor-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job portals, social media and networking, and coordinate assessments and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to engineering, technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct search techniques.
