Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production preferred.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing production experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in production management software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets and delivery.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.
