You will guide test and process engineers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, drive yield improvement, and coordinate product changes with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-specific simultaneous engineering teams to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Implement cost-saving measures and drive yield improvement initiatives.
• Analyze lots for yield and root-cause failure analyses.
• Coordinate product and process changes and manage ramp-up/ramp-down activities.
• Prepare plant-specific engineering documentation and participate in cost-saving meetings.
