Job summary

Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a production operator to ensure products are tested in the right quality and quantity based on standardized work.

You will trigger technicians for non-conformities, perform conversion inspections, participate in shift meetings, uphold 6S at your workstation and support continuous improvement initiatives through the Production Suggestion System.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment.
• A minimum of SPM qualification is a must
• Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment
• Able to communicate in cross functional way
• Able to contribute the new idea for floor improvement
• Knowledge in BPS tools, Poka-Yoke & Standardized work is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
• Perform conversion inspection check according to the work instruction.
• Participate in change over meeting with MST team.
• Perform 6S for individual workstation.
• Carry out production check list for every shift.
• Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
• Compulsory to understand and follow ESD procedure.
• Check required poka-yoke and give information to technicians/engineers.
• In case of deviation, press red or yellow button (Andon System).
