Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia seeks a Production Shift Leader (Final Test) to lead and supervise a team on the production line, ensuring targets and timely delivery. You will identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime, and collaborate with Logistics, Equipment, and Product teams to optimize workflows.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing, preferably in electronics or semiconductors, with a Diploma.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing production environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production line team to meet targets and delivery.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.
