Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering teams to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Participate in lead-plant engineering meetings and report on plant KPIs for products.
• Coordinate new product releases and related changes across product and process lines.
• Manage ramp-up/ramp-down activities including engineering trials and sample production.
• Perform test data analysis and root-cause analysis to improve yield and evaluate customer returns.
