The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and hands-on lean manufacturing expertise. You will oversee equipment, training, and cross‑regional coordination to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3 and QC080000 standards.
• Experience implementing lean production and proficient use of manufacturing management tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement production activities according to the monthly production plan.
• Manage production processes to meet quality system requirements.
• Build and train the team; responsible for development and training.
• Manage production technology and process revisions to optimize operations.
• Oversee daily management of process equipment.
• Procure, maintain and manage equipment to meet production needs.
• Oversee safety, 5S and production order within responsibility.
• Coordinate with teams regionally to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and lead improvements to meet targets.
