Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a supervisory role in a semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom protocols.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and automation systems; calibration knowledge.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean manufacturing, and quality control methods.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and reporting in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Logistics to align materials and schedules.
• Maintain production records and generate key metric reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and optimize production schedules.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.
• Coach and mentor operators; conduct annual performance assessments and support merit reviews.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
