Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a manufacturing plant, ideally semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend SIOP and R&O meetings for product lines.
• Create and release production orders with capacity and dates in mind.
• Identify root causes of late deliveries and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule production orders based on reorder points and demand.
• Ensure inventory levels balance supply and demand to reduce waste.
• Support quality management policies and procedures.
