Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in a supervisory role in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, including cleanroom protocols and quality control.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team, ensuring operations meet established output, quality and efficiency targets.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure resources align with production schedules.
• Maintain production records and generate daily/weekly reports on key metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste while maintaining quality.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Complete annual assessments of team members for merit raises and performance reviews.
• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
