is seeking an Operations Program Manager to coordinate and manage projects and programs at our new Johor Bahru factory, driving efficiency, quality, and performance of manufacturing processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop end‑to‑end plans for new products and transfers, track KPIs, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety, quality and cost‑effective manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of program or project management in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, ISO standards, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for new programs, transfers and orders.
• Develop schedules from initiation to completion within scope, time and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to executable factory and supply chain plans.
• Track KPIs and report progress to the Operations Director.
• Ensure long-lead parts are planned, purchased, and delivered per build schedule.
• Maintain a material readiness dashboard and mitigate risks.
• Drive production readiness for assembly, test, inspection and packing.
• Coordinate containment actions and root cause analyses for issues.
• Lead operational readiness for new product introductions.
