Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia seeks an Operations Program Manager to coordinate and manage end-to-end operational programs for our brand-new factory in Johor Bahru. You will drive production planning, cross-functional alignment, and KPI reporting to achieve on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires 5–7 years in semiconductor/high-tech PM, strong leadership, data analysis, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5–7 years in semiconductor PM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving programs.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning for new, transferred and customer orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality) to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Track KPIs and production metrics; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contamination-control requirements; manage cost and schedule risks.
