Ideal candidate has 15+ years in semiconductor sales with 5+ years in senior leadership, strong understanding of IC design and ecosystems, and a proven track record of expanding major accounts internationally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor sales experience, including 5+ years in senior sales leadership.
• Strong network of global semiconductor customers, particularly in North America and Europe.
• Proven ability to win major accounts and convert design wins into production.
• Excellent commercial, strategic and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue, EBITDA and market share growth.
• Drive design wins through to mass production, building a strong pipeline to optimise fab capacity.
• Develop and execute global go-to-market, pricing, account and market strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities through market, technology and competitive analysis.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key global semiconductor customers at C-suite level.
• Lead strategic account development and customer acquisition across international markets.
• Develop and manage a high-performing, geographically dispersed sales organisation.
• Partner closely with engineering, technology and operations teams to align product capabilities with market needs.
• Strengthen the company's global brand and market positioning.
• Oversee sales performance, margins, P&L contribution and accounts receivable.
