You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Mechanical and Electrical teams to deliver effective technical solutions. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) with 3–5 years in semiconductor or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of Sales / Business Development experience in semiconductor, aerospace, precision manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret specifications and present engineering solutions to customers.
• Good skills in CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong negotiation, communication, market research and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and senior-level decision makers.
• Knowledge of international markets and business cultures, particularly the US and China, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts across global markets, including the US, Europe, Singapore, and China.
• Understand customer product roadmaps and provide value-added technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Mechanical and Electrical teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiation, closing and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, prepare business plans, pricing strategies and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare technical presentations and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to management while maintaining strict confidentiality and IP protection.
