Job summary
Symphony Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our field engineering team in KL/Melaka on a full-time basis. You will provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting and maintenance services, ensuring prompt and professional support for our semiconductor equipment clients.
Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, 1–3 years of field service experience, and strong English/Mandarin communication skills with willingness to travel across
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of field engineering or technical service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin; willing to travel across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections, installations and commissioning of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
- Provide technical guidance and customer training on operation and maintenance.
- Document service activities in detailed reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and follow up.
