Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 1–3 years field engineering or technical service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- English and Mandarin communication proficiency.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections, installations and commissioning of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults and failures promptly.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
- Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams.
- Respond to service requests and emergency call-outs.
- Maintain records of spare parts inventory and equipment specs.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards compliance.
- Gather customer feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.
