Job summary

Innogrity Technology Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer - Field Support & Automation to manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software, and to handle installation, troubleshooting and customer support.

You will perform continual improvement, preparation of technical issue reports, and provide direction and training on equipment, with 24/7 on-call duties; a Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and good communication skills

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• PC literacy and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software.
• Install and de-install from layout to commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and provide customer support.
• Implement continual improvement, parts overhaul and preventive measures.
• Provide technical advice and support to improve quality and productivity.
• Liaise with customers for design concepts and requirements.
• Maintain operation manuals and documentation.
• On-call duties 24/7.
• Provide training on equipment and root cause analysis.
