Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Business Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive seller growth and manage key accounts on our e-commerce platform. You will source brands, onboard sellers, and work closely with local and regional teams to hit monthly targets.

Fluency in Malay and English is required, with Mandarin a bonus. A bachelor’s degree or diploma plus 1–2 years’ experience is expected; the role is on-site in Kuala Lumpur with growth opportunities in a fast-paced marketplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus.
Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is essential.
Strong communication in Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manages the overall seller experience and growth on SPX.
Lead sourcing and networking to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads.
Generate, engage and convert available sales leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain high seller retention on SPX and coordinate improvements with stakeholders.
Provide feedback to supporting functions and act as the bridge between sellers and SPX.
Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives.
Address daily ad-hoc issues from all stakeholders.
