Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to manage seller experience and drive growth on SPX. You will lead sourcing, networking and conversion of seller leads, and be the bridge between sellers and SPX.

You will work with local and regional stakeholders to meet monthly sales targets, maintain high seller retention, and provide feedback to supporting functions for continuous improvement. Fluency in Malay and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is essential.
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal; Mandarin is a plus.

What We're Looking For:
