Zusammenfassung

Lazada Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales, Business Development & Strategy professional to manage the seller pool and build strong relationships through calls and visits. You will identify improvement areas in stores, guide sellers on actions, promote campaigns, and drive adoption of new seller packages, coins, and ad spend while boosting platform engagement.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
Strong negotiation skills to persuade sellers.
Proficient in Excel with a data-oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen, able to analyze data and advise sellers on store improvements.
Helpful and supportive attitude to assist sellers.

Aufgaben

Take responsibility for the assigned seller pool by initiating and building strong connections with sellers through calls and visits.
Identify areas for improvement in the respective stores within the seller pool and provide guidance to sellers on necessary actions.
Promote platform activities and drive adoption rates for campaigns, new seller packages, coins, and ad spending.
Enhance seller commitment to the platform by encouraging participation through buyer discounts and increased ad spending.
