ByteBridge, based in Malaysia, is seeking a Regional Logistics & Customs Specialist to support operations across Southeast Asia. You will manage import/export logistics, customs clearance and cross-border shipment coordination for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

You will collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure shipments comply with regulations and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in import/export logistics or regional cross-border freight.
• Experience with Southeast Asia shipments across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.
• Knowledge of HS codes, duties, taxes and customs docs.
• Experience with freight forwarders and courier providers.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for landed costs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end import/export shipments across Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate customs declarations and clearance.
• Review HS codes and calculate duties and taxes.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory approvals for IT equipment.
• Work with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Track shipments and resolve regulatory issues.
• Maintain documentation and records of costs.
