Job summary

ByteBridge in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team by ensuring smooth operations of sales processes and activities. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, order management, vendor coordination, data management, and customer service to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in sales support, strong Excel/Google Workspace skills, and excellent English communication;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience in the IT, technology, cloud, infrastructure, or systems integration industry is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with strong customer service knowledge and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.
• Understand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.
• Support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manage order status updates and proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination with teams such as Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.
• Ensure CRM/ERP systems are updated with accurate and timely information.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support reporting and operational tracking when required.
