Job summary

ByteBridge is seeking a Regional Logistics & Customs Specialist to oversee import/export, customs clearance and cross-border coordination across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines from our Kuala Lumpur base. You will work with freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in SEA logistics, knowledge of HS codes, duties and shipping docs, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in import/export logistics or regional logistics.
• Experience with cross-border shipments within Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of HS codes, duties, import taxes and customs docs.
• Experience with freight forwarders and international courier providers.
• English proficiency; Mandarin an advantage for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Import/Export & Customs: manage end-to-end shipments, planning, clearance and delivery across SEA.
• Freight Forwarding & Cost Management: source, compare, negotiate quotes, calculate landed costs.
• Shipping Documentation & Courier Management: prepare invoices, packing lists, airway bills, docs; use DHL/FedEx platforms.
• Shipment Tracking & Exception Management: monitor origin to delivery, update stakeholders, resolve delays and holds.
