Kuehne+Nagel in Penang, Malaysia, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Freight Forwarding team. You will manage order entry, processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key duties include tracking shipments, updating customers, resolving issues, maintaining records, and preparing reports on feedback and performance. You will work closely with logistics, finance and operations to create a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order entry and processing to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Ensure orders meet delivery deadlines, service quality, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, escalating when needed.
• Keep customers informed about order/shipment status.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in tracking KPIs to measure customer service success; collaborate with logistics, finance and operations.
