Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers and resolving queries.
• Knowledge of forwarding processes and market understanding.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by providing helpful information and resolving queries.
• Enter and track customer orders in the IT systems.
• Provide frontline support to ensure satisfaction with ISC products.
• Assist in documenting quotations and opportunities per account strategy.
• Collaborate with destinations and regional stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and data quality.
• Analyze and resolve complaints, identifying root causes.
• Help meet financial targets and strategic objectives across ISC.
