Job summary

Geek+ Asia is seeking a Sales, SEA professional to lead the full sales cycle across the SEA region from Malaysia. You will identify industries, develop and execute strategies, and close deals while meeting targets.

You will build and manage relationships with corporate clients, collaborate with local teams and marketing, and maintain a robust CRM. English and Mandarin/Cantonese fluency is required, with a 5-day work week and attractive commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, automation, or similar industries.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process for the SEA region, identifying target industries, developing sales strategies, and executing plans to close deals and meet targets.
• Prospect and pursue new business opportunities, build and optimize sales pipelines with local teams to exceed targets.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients with exceptional service to drive organic growth and repeat business.
• Lead client meetings to understand needs and prepare compelling proposals and quotations addressing requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to participate in trade shows and events to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
• Regularly update the CRM with accurate information on sales activities and opportunities.
