Job summary

Maersk in Malaysia seeks a SEA Area Head of Landside Products to lead the Landside Transportation, Customs and Depot portfolio across products and operations. The role owns end-to-end performance and drives optimal Area P&L outcomes for Landside, customs, rail and depots.

Reporting to the Area Managing Director, SEA, you will steer end-to-end operations, ensure safe and high-quality service, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Product teams to achieve business

Qualifications

• 15+ years of logistics experience with strong strategic and structured thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Area Landside, Customs & Depot P&L performance across products and operations.
• Drive commercial growth through pricing, volume plans and cost-to-serve management.
• Represent Landside, Customs & Depot in the Area Leadership Team and shape area strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Landside, Customs & Depot operations across the Area.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality service delivery meeting customer expectations.
• Drive productivity improvements and network effectiveness through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Product to achieve objectives.
