Maersk is seeking a MCS Product Specialist to own and grow the Customs Service product portfolio in Malaysia and Singapore. You will drive product strategy, pursue business development, and ensure revenue, GP, and margin performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with strong customs knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics with exposure to customs operations and commercial solutioning.
• Experience in product, operations, or sales roles with clear P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia customs processes and systems.
• Commercial acumen to balance growth and margin discipline.
• KEK certification is an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Own performance of the MCS product portfolio in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Drive product strategy, offerings, and bundled logistics solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Act as a product-led business development owner, driving pipeline creation and conversion.
• Own and deliver revenue, GP, and margin performance including RFQs and pricing governance.
• Lead Go / No-Go decisions based on product fit, feasibility and risk.
• Ensure alignment and cost optimisation across vendors and productivity levers.
• Maintain compliance with local customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Monitor KPI metrics such as revenue, GP growth, pipeline conversion, and cost control.
