Maersk is seeking a SEA Area Head of Landside Products to lead the Landside, Customs and Depot portfolio across the SEA region, owning end-to-end performance and P&L outcomes. You will drive commercial growth, improve service delivery and partner with key customers and suppliers to optimize the network and profitability.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in logistics with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management; ability to engage, influence, and align diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead initiatives from concept to execution.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver Area Landside, Customs & Depot P&L performance including revenue, gross profit, EBIT and cost management.
• Drive growth through pricing, win-rate improvement and volume plan execution.
• Ensure financial health via cost-to-serve management, productivity improvements and asset utilization.
• Lead end-to-end Landside, Customs & Depot operations across the Area.
• Define and execute vendor strategy for optimal network performance and reliability.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, carriers, depot operators and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Product teams to meet business objectives.
• Sponsor and implement transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience and profitability.
