As a leader in Deloitte's advisory ecosystem, you will manage L&D programs, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Learning and Development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
• Familiar with virtual learning facilitation and coordination.
• Strong data analytical skills; ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive learning solutions aligned with business needs.
• Build and update learning curriculums and materials.
• Manage learning budgets and monitor spend.
• Coordinate vendor management and administration of learning activities.
• Administer HRDF and fund applications as needed for trainings and internships.
• Provide monthly learning dashboards and advisory support to stakeholders.
