Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for our teams in Malaysia. You will create engaging materials and ensure effective learning through regular evaluation and improvement.

Ideal candidates have strong presentation skills, solid English communication, and experience with e-learning tools. This role supports flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth within a global BPO

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in related field.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation sessions and plan and deliver full training programs for new hires.
• Develop training programs, manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Follow up on training programs to evaluate effectiveness.
