Job summary

VHR Consultancy is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead its Southeast Asia B2C sales performance. You will own regional revenue growth, strengthen conversions, and develop a scalable sales organization across telesales, field, and customer-facing channels.

You will lead regional strategy, manage distributed teams and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from lead to sale. Travel across Southeast Asia is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of sales experience, including at least two years in sales leadership.
• Proven B2C sales leadership with responsibility for revenue, conversion and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional B2C sales strategy and manage geographically distributed teams.
• Improve the customer-conversion journey from lead generation to sale.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
• Establish clear targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure CRM practices and sales reporting are consistently applied.
• Forecast and report on regional sales performance and growth opportunities.
