Job summary

Mercuri Urval represents a European engineering company in measuring technology, seeking a Head of SEA Sales to steer the sales, services and marketing teams across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, with offices in Vietnam and Indonesia. You will drive revenue growth, profitability and strategic market expansion in Southeast Asia.

The role requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep understanding of European business practices to align regional and global

Qualifications

Degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in people management for SEA or APAC markets.
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and KPI management across regions.

Responsibilities

Oversee Southeast Asia operations (Sales, Marketing, Service) and local strategy.
Lead multi-country sales teams and country managers with direct Malaysia Sales Office management.
Formulate and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with group growth plans.
Develop market opportunities and key customer networks; manage channel partners.
Deliver monthly status updates on performance, risks and deviations to the Head of Region East.
Inspire and develop managers to pursue growth opportunities within SEA.
