Job summary

IMT Scientific Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven sales professional to promote existing brands and introduce new products. You will handle invoices, orders, and customer service records while supporting tender and quotation work.

This role includes coordinating exhibitions, seminars, and training, along with other admin duties. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sales, strong communication skills in English/Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin, and the ability to work independently with multitasking

Qualifications

SPM/STPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years' experience in sales.
Good communication and customer service skills in English/Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin.
The ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Administer invoice and job orders, customer service schedule/records, inventory and etc.
To assist in tender preparation and quotation preparation.
To assist in handling customer inquiries or complaints.
To coordinate for Department on Exhibition, Seminars, Training and etc.
Support the marketing and promotional activities.
Other administrative duties as and when required.
