Job summary

Straits Scientific (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Central to support sales operations for diagnostics and research products. You will prepare quotations, tender submissions, and sales reports, and update order statuses in the database.

You will also handle delivery orders and invoices, organize documents for audits, maintain inventory reports, and promote our facilities to customers while coordinating internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years working experience in administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, tender submissions and sales reports.
• Update the status of sales orders in the database.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO) and invoices (Inv).
• Prepare and organize documents for audit purposes.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory reports.
• Promote the facilities of the organization to customers proactively.
• Coordinate and respond to internal meeting requests.
