Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle prospective parent enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct school tours and provide consultations to prospective students and their parents.
• Follow up with prospective families and guide them throughout the student enrolment process.
• Assist in organising and coordinating recruitment activities, including Open Days, education fairs, and school information sessions.
• Process student registration forms, enrolment paperwork, and admission documents accurately.
• Handle front-desk responsibilities, incoming calls, messages, and general administrative tasks.
