Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Customer Service or related fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience in education, training, healthcare, therapy, or service-based industries.
• Experience handling CRM systems and customer databases.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer acquisition.

• Assist clients throughout the registration and onboarding process.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth enrolment and service delivery.
• Ensure all customer documentation is complete and properly maintained.
